Problem with new reserved_networks list

Hi!

Yesterday I had noticed that some of the destinations had been 
blocked by FIAIF because of outdated reserved_networks list. 

The distribution of last FIAIF version contains this file with 
version 1.15 from 2004/01/16. Several month later the version 
grows to 1.21, with $Id line of file
# $Id: reserved_networks,v 1.21 2005/04/14 16:54:16 afu Exp $

This list was updated on 2005/08/10; with $Id line
# $Id: reserved_networks,v 1.21 2005/08/10 11:24:48 afu Exp $

The recent reserved_network list presented on the www.fiaif.net 
is dated today, $Id line is
# $Id: reserved_networks,v 1.21 2005/11/17 06:52:07 afu Exp $

Therefore version of this file is unchanged since April, and 
fiaif_update script cann't update that file.
