Hi,

I just uploaded fiaif 1.20.1-1 to Debian unstable and I wanted to post
all additional patches that are added to the list for your review.

The original tarball fiaif_1.20.1.tar.gz had a RCS file
fiaif-1.20.1/src/traffic-shaping.sh,v which I removed.

I also removed the debian/ subdirectory since I use my own one. It would
be nice to release the source .tar.gz without debian/ subdir, it helps
me to package fiaif faster.

All other patches are attached, with a comment at the top of every patch
explaining what it does. Some patches are Debian specific (eg.
04_improved_error_msg.dpatch), but I included them also for completeness.
