Fwd: Bug#456146: fiaif: Allow the admin to chose reserved bandwidth for TC_VOIP

Hi,

I forward a wishlist from a Debian user to customize the hardcoded TC_VOIP 
bandwith of 128kb to some other value.
Seems to me like a small enough addition for the stable release branch. What 
do you think?

Hi,

The TC_VOIP config option works very well, I however have to manually
edit traffic-shaping.sh to guarantee more than 128kb for VOIP.

128kb is too little for some of my remote sites where I may need to get
1Mb guaranteed for it.

eg:
TC_VOIP_BW=1024
