Syntax error if i use a string for an IP-Adress

hi,
i want write a Rule like this in iptables:

-A INPUT -i eth0 -s test.dyndns.org ACCEPT

i have wrote:

INPUT[1]="ACCEPT ALL test.dyndns.org=>192.168.1.10/24"
but it is not correct fiaif wants a source IP.

Any idea? Thanks!
