Problem with reserved network

Hello,

We are using Fiaif and we have been troubleshooting a connectivity
problem recently.

We ended up finding that the IP address of one of our peers (94.23.83.x)
is contained within one of Fiaif "reserved networks" range (92.0.0.0/6).

Now, I am no expert on networking, but it appears that this range is no
longer an IANA reserved range? should it be removed from the
"reserved_networks" file?
